We are seeking a positive, hard-working, and ambitious candidate with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Bilingual Inside Technical Sales Representative is responsible for providing distributors with price quotations and technical product information for custom and standard systems.
Primary Job Functions
- Submit Request for Quotation to Engineering, Purchasing, and Production and keep customers informed of the process
- Provide sales quotes and drawings to distributors within one to two business days
- Answer technical questions about our products
- Work closely with the engineering department on custom orders
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule orders in the shop schedule
- Research and communicate customer complaints and concerns between departments
- Enter sales orders for warranty and freight claims
- Authorize returned material and write credits when applicable
Required Skills
- Bilingual (Spanish and English fluency)
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
- Resourceful and proactive
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Customer service focus
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, typing)
Additional Skills
- Familiarity with Excel and AutoCAD a plus
- Ability to work efficiently
Experience
- Experience with industrial products is helpful
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Hours
- Monday-Friday, opportunity eventually for one-two remote work days per week
Physical Requirements
- The position requires sitting for extended periods of time and talking to customers on the phone.
Travel
- Possible travel to a trade show or dealer visit per year.

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
