This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage projects effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Work with company leadership, and existing marketing team to implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources across various channels.
- Collaborate with product management teams to create effective product strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize data analytics tools, to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional development.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Employ Agile methodologies in project management to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in software development or familiarity with technical aspects of digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and SaaS business models.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
