Spalding Hosiery Shoppe Inc, a family-owned business since 1936, operates B Turners, Sock Shoppe, Kids Shoppe, and Dry Falls Outfitters. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and increase sales across our brick-and-mortar locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and campaigns.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage website content and social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter).
- Oversee advertising, influencer partnerships, and email marketing campaigns.
- Create weekly ads and promotional materials for all stores.
- Analyze marketing performance and ROI to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with executives to align marketing with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5 years in marketing management or similar role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and data-driven decision-making.
