- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department
- Ensure that all sales goals are met or exceeded
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Merchandise products in an attractive and organized manner
- Train and supervise department staff
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Previous retail sales experience
