A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WINE BAR HOST - HOSTESS
As a part-time Wine Bar Host - Hostess at Spain Wine Bar, your day will revolve around welcoming guests with a warm smile, providing accurate wait times, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills, assist the wait staff, and maintain a clean and inviting reception area. As the first face our patrons see, you provide them with an exceptional first impression that will have them coming back again and again!
QUALIFICATIONS
- An understanding of restaurant etiquette
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Experience in managing reservations
- Demonstrable customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred:
- Work experience as a Host or Hostess
- Experience with a reservation management system
