WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS BARTENDING ROLE?
You'll work weekends, evenings, and night shifts in a buzzing atmosphere where no two days feel the same. Your days include welcoming guests like old friends, crafting Spanish-inspired cocktails with precision, prepping syrups and infusions in-house, and keeping the bar fully stocked and spotless. You'll operate the POS with ease, check IDs like a pro, and collaborate with our sommelier when it's time to shine with wine service. Every shift is a mix of artistry, energy, and connection.
If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- 6 years of bartending/mixology and serving experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
- TIPs certification
- RAM certification
- Proactive and self-efficacious
- Team-oriented
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform other physically demanding aspects of bartending work
- Ability to train others
- Ability to craft and execute unique cocktails, including house-made syrups, infusions, and seasonal creations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to check IDs
- Knowledge of wine is a strong plus
