What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server / Bartender position at Spaghetti Westurn?
We are Greenville's first semolina saloon and we are looking for a full-time server to start immediately if they are the right candidate. Must be 21 or older. This server should be knowledgeable/ personable/charismatic/a little sassy yet classy and be able to guide diners through the entire experience. Compensation includes hourly rate plus tips.
Responsibilities
- Guide patrons through the entire dining process. Interact with customers, take orders & and make drinks (bartending is required / must be 21)
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Plan and present reservations
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish dining room inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Food expediting while complying with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a server.
- Proficiency in (Toast) POS Computer system Plus.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the equipment & supplies organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
