The Spaghetti Kettle is reopening under new management with a fresh vision focused on quality food, hospitality, and consistency. Our menu features Italian, American, Greek, Mediterranean, and authentic Turkish dishes. We are looking for passionate kitchen team members who take pride in preparing high-quality food and working in a positive, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, catering, and banquet service
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen organization
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keep workstations clean and organized throughout shifts
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Support daily restaurant operations and private events
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- Mediterranean, Greek, Turkish, or Italian cooking experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
