Spaghett is a craft pasta and cocktail house in the Young-Morrison House in the Fourth Ward neighborhood of Charlotte. Our focus is on serving the produce, grains, and proteins of the Carolinas in the form of Italian dishes with a balance of rustic and refined. Our beverage program will include a well-crafted wine program that will complement our strong cocktail and amaro program that aims to be the best in the city. We will serve the neighborhood as a walk-in friendly destination while also accepting reservations for those outside the neighborhood to enjoy our housemade pastas, beverages, and strong hospitality. Our ambition is to be Michelin-worthy without pretense and to provide a warm and inviting dining experience where our guests are at home joining us for special occasions and weekday dinners.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus with confident recommendations
• Accurately take and input orders, ensuring all special requests are communicated
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized section and work environment
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure seamless service
• Uphold all restaurant standards and health code regulations
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and urgency

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a full-service or upscale dining environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and service etiquette
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
