Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Architect
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 6 months
Work Authorization: We are currently considering only H1B and H4‑EAD candidates for this role.

Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week- onsite day 1
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer Architect with 8 years experience in design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level applications. This role combines hands-on development expertise with architectural leadership, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance optimization. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver robust solutions across Salesforce clouds and integrated platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and Force.com platform.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, admins, and analysts.
* Lead solution architecture discussions and define technical standards for Salesforce implementations.
* Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware.
* Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and design patterns.
* Document current and future state architecture, technical specifications, and integration flows.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Development, Infrastructure, PMO) to align solutions with enterprise standards.
* Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for Salesforce environments.
* Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new features.

Required Qualifications
* 8 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and declarative tools.
* Proven expertise in implementing and customizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and sharing rules.
* Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and middleware tools like Mulesoft.
* Ability to design scalable and secure solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices.
* Experience in CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, Git, Copado, Gearset).
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Desired Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
* Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
* Experience with .NET/Java development for integration scenarios.
* Knowledge of Agentforce
* Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica
* Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (CRM Analytics).
* Exposure to Agile methodologies and participation in PI Planning, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremonies
