We are seeking an experienced RTR (Record to Report) Lead with a strong Finance and Accounting background to lead end-to-end financial reporting, close management, process optimization, and ERP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in General Ledger, Financial Close, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, and compliance processes while partnering with business stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) processes including General Ledger, Journal Entries, Accruals, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Audit, Tax, and IT teams to streamline accounting operations and improve financial controls.
- Analyze existing finance processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, upgrades, and process optimization projects.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, IFRS, and internal financial policies.
- Manage account reconciliations, variance analysis, financial consolidations, and reporting activities.
- Support external and internal audits by providing required financial documentation and process insights.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into finance process solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and provide leadership across RTR functional areas.
- 13 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and RTR processes.
- Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Financial Close, Account Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP (FI/CO), Oracle Financials, S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Experience leading finance transformation, process improvement, and ERP implementation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent accounting certification.
- Experience with Shared Services or Global Finance Operations.
- Exposure to automation tools, RPA, BlackLine, Hyperion, OneStream, or financial reporting platforms.
- Experience in large enterprise environments with complex financial operations.
