Job title: HVAC Revit Designer (Industrial)
Locations: Tempe, AZ | Portland, OR | Moon Township, PA | Open to relocate
Note: Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week onsite)
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of overall design experience.
- 5 years in industrial mechanical/HVAC design (mandatory).
- 3 recent years as Revit HVAC Designer (ductwork systems).
- 8 years AutoCAD 4 years Revit experience.
- Experience in industries like semiconductor, manufacturing, pharma, chemical, etc.
- Strong knowledge of International Mechanical Code (IMC).
Responsibilities:
- Design & route industrial HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Develop P&IDs, layouts, and construction drawings.
- Work across concept to detailed design phases.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and teams.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED (BSME candidates will be overqualified).
