POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Spade Technologies’ business objectives. This individual will oversee brand management, digital campaigns, content development, demand generation, and market research, while leading a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor with deep experience in B2B technology marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and growth targets.
Brand & Messaging
- Build and strengthen Spade Technologies’ brand identity across digital, print, and event channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning that resonates with key audiences.
Digital & Demand Generation
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media, and email automation.
- Drive lead generation and nurture programs that support the sales pipeline.
Content & Communications
- Oversee the creation of thought leadership content, case studies, white papers, and customer success stories.
- Manage public relations, industry events, and external communications.
Market Insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and strategy.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on campaign ROI and marketing effectiveness.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies within the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM/marketing automation systems.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
