What You'll Do

As a Sales Advocate, you'll serve as the face of Cricket Wireless by delivering outstanding customer experience while helping customers find the products and services that best fit their needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Recommend wireless plans, devices, accessories, and protection options
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and wireless solutions
• Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account changes
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Promote add-on products and services to maximize customer value
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store environment
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and daily operations
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
• Stay informed on new products, promotions, and company policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Wireless industry experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs
• Weekend availability required
