About the Role
Space Logic is seeking a Business Development Representative to support lead qualification, relationship development, and pipeline management for healthcare renovation projects.
This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys customer interaction,
CRM management, and early-stage project development. The BDR serves as a critical link between Lead Generation, Project Consultants, and customers—ensuring qualified opportunities move efficiently through the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and follow up on new inbound leads
- Develop and nurture relationships with Grainger Healthcare Account Managers
- Manage and maintain an accurate, well-organized lead pipeline within the CRM
- Confirm product specifications with customers
- Conduct virtual meetings with Grainger healthcare managers and healthcare customers to present Space Logic offerings
- Execute small equipment email campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Lead Generation team on lead quality and trends
- Run CRM and pipeline reports to ensure outreach is focused on correct contacts
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of key contacts at hospital facilities
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in business development, inside sales, lead qualification, or customer engagement preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable presenting solutions and communicating with healthcare professionals
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
Compensation & BenefitsTotal Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $56,000 annually
- Vehicle Allowance: $500 per month ($6,000 annually)
- Total Guaranteed Compensation: $62,000 annually
- Additional Incentives: Bonus eligibility based on performance
