Space to Grow Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Clayton, CA. As a full or part-time member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families through your expertise in speech and language therapy.

**Job Overview:**

As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant at Space to Grow Therapy, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to children with various communication disorders. You will work closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and help children reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities:**

• Execute personalized treatment plans to address communication disorders
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in pediatric speech therapy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

**Requirements:**

• Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant in California
• 1 Year Minimum experience working with pediatric population preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for helping children reach their communication goals
