The opportunity This is a role for someone who thinks like a consultant and operates like an owner. You'll sit at the center of our growth, advising enterprises on their L&D and human capital strategies and how AI can fundamentally reshape the way their people learn, perform, and develop at scale. It's consultative, strategic, and high-stakes: you're not running a script, you're diagnosing complex organisational challenges, building trust with senior stakeholders, and translating that into expanding partnerships.
To be direct about the shape of it: this is a quota-carrying, revenue-owning role. The difference from traditional sales is how you win, through insight, credibility, and genuine command of the customer's world, not volume and pressure. If you've ever wanted to take the problem-solving muscle you built in consulting and own the result end to end, this is that seat.

Who you
- 3 to 7 years management consulting firm (MBB or comparable), or a blend of consulting and a commercial/GTM role
- A genuine commercial instinct, you're energized, not deterred, by owning a number and closing
- Exceptional executive presence; credible and persuasive with C-Level stakeholders across business HR, and talent functions (CxO's)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to get fluent fast on how AI is reshaping workforce development (no engineering background required, but real curiosity is)
- A structured problem-solver who can move from insight to action without waiting for a process
- Excited by the frontier of AI and by building something rather than inheriting it
