In this essential daily role, you'll support the smooth flow of materials and supplies by managing package receipt, distribution, and inventory tracking. Duties
- Receive incoming packages and deliveries at the property daily
- Verify contents against orders, label packages clearly, and mark off received items accurately on the inventory sheet
- Deliver packages and materials to the correct units or designated areas on-site
- Maintain organized records of all receipts and distributions for accurate project tracking
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with deliveries to the project lead promptly
- Keep the receiving and storage areas clean and orderly to support efficient operations
- Follow specific instructions from the project manager and take initiative to resolve minor issues as they arise
- Assist with light related tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily progress
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail for accurate inventory and labeling work
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions precisely
- Comfortable working outdoors or on a construction site in various weather conditions
- Physically able to handle heavy lifting and moving of packages with help and dollies (50lbs )
- Basic computer or tablet skills for updating inventory sheets (training provided if needed)
- Prior experience in inventory management, warehouse/receiving, administrative support, or similar roles is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred (for potential light errands or site access)
- Compact SUV, truck or large enough vehicle to transport large boxes
- Commitment to professionalism, safety, and project success
- Available for daily shifts (typically 2-4 hours/day, Monday–Friday, sometimes weekends, depending on delivery volume)
Pay & Details
- $25 per hour
- On-site in Fredericksburg, TX (no remote option)
- Flexible part-time to full-time hours based on project needs
