We are expanding in Florida and looking for an experienced, high-character real estate professional who loves helping agents grow and is passionate about leadership, strategy, and skill development.
Role Overview
As a SPACE Coach, you will mentor and develop agents across multiple experience levels, focusing on personalized growth plans, accountability, and strategic support. You will help agents optimize their systems, improve conversion, refine their processes, and scale their business in a sustainable, structured way.
This role is ideal for someone who loves people, understands the real estate business inside and out, and cares deeply about helping others win.
What You’ll Do
- Lead individualized coaching sessions for agents in your region
- Build personalized growth plans based on each agent’s goals and strengths
- Train agents on systems, conversion, follow-up, client experience, and time management
- Partner with leadership to identify agent needs and scaling opportunities
- Host group coaching sessions, masterminds, and accountability check-ins
- Serve as a trusted resource for agents seeking clarity, confidence, and direction
- Help agents simplify their business, increase transactions, and improve their net income
Who You Are
- A producing or former producing real estate agent with strong market knowledge
- Experienced in closing transactions, building systems, and managing your own pipeline
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to coach, teach, and motivate
- Organized, proactive, and able to hold others accountable with care and professionalism
- Passionate about helping agents reach new levels of production and balance
- Someone who thrives in a supportive, high-performance culture
Requirements
- Active real estate license in Florida
- 2 years experience in real estate sales
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or training agents is a plus
- Strong understanding of CRM, follow-up systems, and operational structure
