Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in Philadelphia, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for listing properties, developing individualized marketing plans, maintaining a substantial online presence, and conducting sales transactions. They will also adjust strategies to changing market conditions, engage with clients to understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate and Sales
- Proficiency in managing Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
- Knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
