Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Philadelphia, PA, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers through the entire real estate transaction process. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to determine their needs, researching and showing properties, creating and executing individualized marketing plans, and negotiating contracts with all parties. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and utilizing advanced technology and digital marketing for property listing and networking purposes.

Qualifications

• Possession of an active Real Estate License in Pennsylvania
• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including market analysis and property valuation
• Proficient in Sales and negotiation, with the ability to close deals effectively
• Customer Service expertise, with a focus on building trust and ensuring client satisfaction
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to adjust to evolving market conditions
