Student Services & Records Coordinator

Space Coast Trades Guild Inc. is a Florida nonprofit trade academy training adults for entry-level jobs in the building trades. Our 12-week program puts students through approximately 480 hours of hands-on, supervised instruction, and our graduates go to work for contractors across Brevard County.

We are hiring a Student Services & Records Coordinator to be the first face our students see — from their first phone call to graduation day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Handle student intake and enrollment paperwork

- Onboard new students: orientation, records, and account setup

- Maintain student records accurately and confidentially

- Answer student questions and connect them with instructors for academic support

- Track attendance communications and timecard records

HOURS

Part-time at startup, moving toward full-time.

PAY

$22.07 per hour.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

- Experience in student services, school administration, office administration, or customer service

- Comfortable handling confidential records

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; Mental Health First Aid certification a plus

- Ability to pass a background check

WHAT WE PROVIDE

- Full uniform service at no cost to you: five button-up shirts and five khaki pants, laundered and replaced by the uniform supplier

- Workers' compensation coverage as required by Florida law

This position is contingent on the school's campus lease and startup financing.
