Responsibilities
- Manage incoming internet leads and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through email, chat, and phone communications.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from online inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Deliver top-tier customer service and create a positive first impression of the dealership
- Your sole job is to create appointments and bring future customers to the dealership. No need to sell the vehicle, our salesmen will handle the rest.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail or automotive sales, preferably in an internet sales capacity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online sales platforms is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
