Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint solutions including, but not limited to, custom web parts, workflows, and site templates.
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and usability with all custom developed solutions.
- Develop custom applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Microsoft 365 services.
- Leverage .Net Framework where necessary for advanced customizations and complex business logic.
- Integrate SharePoint with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist the SharePoint Administrator(s) with troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint-related issues, providing support to end-users, and enhancing team sites to ensure maximum value is achieved.
- Stay updated on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 advancements, implementing best practices and new features.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
Level II: 3 to 5 years of experience in SharePoint Intranet development. Must have experience with software analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, integration, deployment, support and documentation of core and web-based systems following the software development lifecycle, or combination of applicable experience, education, and training which provides the knowledge and skills needed to perform job duties.
Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Power Apps, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure. Strong understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-700). Experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server. Knowledge of modern web development frameworks (React, Angular).
A 2-year college degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related academic area or equivalent experience is required.
