Duties
- Greet clients with a smile, and build lasting, trusting relationships with them.
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks across various areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all assigned areas are maintained consistently
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move around comfortably during shifts of varying durations
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
- Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude towards maintaining hygiene standards
- Must have personal transportation
