Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Melbourne, FL. The individual in this role will perform daily tasks such as building and maintaining client relationships, executing sales strategies, managing marketing initiatives, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include training clients and team members on sales practices and supporting promotional activities to grow business opportunities in the physical Auction space and the digital auction space.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven Sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in Training and educating others to improve performance and understanding of sales techniques.
- Competence in Sales & Marketing strategies to effectively promote services and engage target audiences.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Proficiency in using relevant technologies and CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
