Qualifications
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Experience with point of sale processes
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Employment is conditional upon agreeing to work 1-3 of the major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day)
Preferred:
- Customer facing retail or service industry experience
- Previous childcare or work with families a plus
Pay & Schedule
- Pay is biweekly at $30/hr for weekend shifts and $25/hr on weekdays
- Part-time seasonal staff can expect to be scheduled 12-24 hours a week, dependent on business needs
- Shifts available starting in November through January, with potential to stay on after the season ends
- Location: GREENPOINT
What the job looks like
- Greeting families and assisting with check-ins
- Supervising play areas and supporting safe play
- Crowd control and capacity management during busy periods
- Assisting with parties, deliveries, and event setup/breakdown
- Helping keep the space organized and welcoming
- Working closely with a friendly, supportive team
