Reports To: Front Office Manager / General Manager
Available Shifts: 3PM-11PM Weekdays and Weekends, must have availability for both

Position Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests from check-in to check-out. You will also handle reservations, answer inquiries, and assist guests with any needs during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide a swift, smooth check-in and check-out process
Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently, both over the phone and in person
Maintain a working knowledge of all hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care
Accurately manage guest accounts and handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily paperwork
Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Assist with light administrative tasks and reporting as assigned
Be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proficient with computers; experience with hotel management software (choiceADVANTAGE experience a plus)
Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds if needed
