- Support daily spa operations and keep the space clean, stocked, and organized
- Handle point-of-sale transactions quickly and accurately
- Promote spa services, products, and packages to enhance the guest experience
- Communicate schedules and updates with spa professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports for appointments and transactions
- Monitor product inventory and notify leadership of supply needs
- Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
