Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and manage appointments, phone calls, and check-ins/check-outs.- Promote and upsell spa services — earn $10–$25 incentives for package sales.- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and provide efficient support to the team.- Handle client questions and resolve concerns with care and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience required; spa experience preferred.- Confidence and excellent communication skills.- Strong multitasking abilities.- Reliable, punctual, and professional.- Experience with upselling is a plus.
Compensation:
- Training Pay: $10 per hour. The faster you complete training and show proficiency, the sooner you move to the higher hourly rate.- Hourly Rate: $15 per hour, with potential to increase based on performance.- Incentives: $10–$25 per package sale, plus potential commission on retail sales.
Schedule:
- Part-time, 1–2 days per week- Shifts are 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
