Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy, excellent phone etiquette, and a knack for customer service. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in computerized records and files.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Organize and maintain office files, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve office processes.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is a plus.
