Job Objective
To ensure the smooth operation of the spa's daily activities, provide exceptional customer service, support the team, and offer massage services as needed.
Responsibilities as Floor Supervisor
- Oversee the spa's daily operations.
- Open and close the facilities.
- Coordinate and support the therapists and reception staff.
- Verify punctuality and adherence to schedules.
- Supervise the cleanliness and presentation of the spa.
- Manage inventory and request replenishment of supplies.
- Confirm appointments and provide customer service.
- Resolve operational issues and assist in troubleshooting.
- Promote the sale of memberships, packages, products, and additional services.
- Comply with and enforce Serenity Bloom Spa's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities as Therapist
- Perform massages and treatments authorized by the spa.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Prepare and organize the treatment room before and after each service.
- Record the required information in the spa's systems.
- Recommend complementary treatments when they would benefit the client.
- Ensure a professional and personalized experience for each client.
