Laser Technician and Esthetician

A luxury MedSpa in pembroke pines seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician with Electrology License and strong hands-on device experience. We are looking for a confident, client-focused provider who delivers excellent consultations, performs advanced treatments safely, and knows how to build loyal clients through treatment planning and package sales.

We are hiring one full-time and one part-time team member.

This role is ideal for a professional who is skilled with laser and advanced devices, comfortable with consultations and sales, and wants to grow with a premium practice.

What You Will Do

• Perform laser and device-based treatments safely and effectively
• Provide advanced aesthetic and skincare services
• Conduct full client consultations
• Create personalized treatment plans
• Set realistic treatment expectations
• Educate clients on pre-care and post-care
• Recommend packages, memberships, and homecare products
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols
• Deliver a high-end client experience
• Build client retention and repeat visits
• Support revenue through ethical package and product sales

Devices and Treatments You Should Be Comfortable With

• Laser hair removal
• IPL / photofacial
• CO2 laser
• RF microneedling / Morpheus8
• HydraFacial
• Glo2Facial / OxyGeneo
• Chemical peels
• Advanced facials and resurfacing treatments

Requirements

• Active Esthetician License — required
• Electrology License — required
• Minimum 2 years hands-on device experience — required
• Strong consultation and client education skills
• Comfortable recommending packages and products
• Sales-minded and service-oriented
• Professional and reliable
• Detail-oriented and client-focused
• Bilingual English/Spanish — strong advantage

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time openings
• Must be available Saturdays
• Additional weekdays based on demand

Compensation and Benefits

• $25 per hour based on experience
• Device incentives per service: - Morpheus8: $10 per treatment , Venus: $10 per treatment
• Product commission: 10%
• One-time $100 bonus per membership sold
• Sales commissions performance-based from 3% to 7%
