What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Spa Palace?
Spa Palace is a local hot tub retail company serving the Colorado Front Range area since 1984. Since 2022, we have been an employee owned company with every employee getting stock equity in the company. We are seeking someone to assist with service coordination and in store support. The position is full time and based in our Westminster CO. location. Flexible hours and weekend shifts available.
POSITION SUMMARY
In your role as service coordinator, you will answer incoming phone calls, schedule service requests from client, assist customers with questions about their hot tubs and work with the in store sales team to assist customers at the front counter. You will also file warranty claims and work to improve the overall organizational operation of the store.
No experience needed! We will train! Pool and hot tub experience of any kind is a plus!
