Birmingham & Bloomfield Hills | Full-Time
$17–25/hr Performance Bonuses
This is not a front desk job.
This is a five-star, revenue-impact role inside a luxury spa environment.
We are looking for someone who:
• Understands that sales is service
• Can confidently convert inquiries into bookings
• Promotes memberships with integrity
• Encourages rebooking before guests leave
• Delivers true five-star hospitality
• Protects culture and values
This role directly impacts membership growth, rebooking, retail performance, and long-term guest relationships.
