Front Desk Receptionist - Night Shift Only [4pm-12am]
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform basic clerical tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
