Front Desk Receptionist

Spa Haus Nashville is a boutique wellness spa just minutes from downtown, known for creating a calm, elevated experience where clients feel genuinely cared for. We’ve built a reputation on thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming environment and our front desk team is a big part of that.

We’re looking for someone who naturally delivers great customer service, stays organized, and takes pride in creating a seamless guest experience from start to finish.

About the Role

This is more than a typical front desk position, you are the face of the spa and set the tone for every visit.

You’ll be the first and last interaction our clients have, managing appointments, guiding guests, and keeping the day flowing smoothly. A big part of this role is maintaining the environment, helping keep the spa clean, organized, stocked, and running beautifully throughout the day, including light cleaning and laundry.

Some shifts are busy and fast-paced, others are slower and more relaxed. We’re looking for someone who can stay on top of both the guest experience and the space itself with ease and attention to detail

What You’ll Do

• Greet every client warmly and professionally
• Manage bookings, scheduling, and client accounts
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, rebooking and payments
• Confirm appointments via phone/text
• Assist clients with our providerless services, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident throughout their experience
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and shared spaces
• Complete light cleaning, laundry, and restocking throughout the day
• Support the team by keeping the spa running smoothly behind the scenes
• Recommend services or retail when appropriate
• Help create a consistent, 5-star experience for every guest

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Able to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with booking or POS systems
• Spa, salon, or hospitality experience
• Interest in skincare or wellness

• Tuesday 12pm -830pm
• Wednesday 12pm - 830pm
• Friday 12pm - 830pm
• Saturday 1pm - 630pm
• Availability to pick up shifts as needed is helpful

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
