What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Coordinator - Spa Habitat Legacy, Flagship position at Spa Habitat?
Spa Habitat is now hiring a Spa Coordinator for our locations at the Shops at Legacy and Flagship in the Plano area!
Position requirements are as follows:
- Ability to answer phones and emails, and book guest appointments with proficiency
- Provide excellent customer service and greet spa guests with professionalism
- Ability to work as a key holder, opening and closing the store, managing the cash drawer, checking spa guests in and out, managing inventory, etc.
- At least one year of spa, retail, hospitality or receptionist experience preferred
- Experience with spa or hotel guest booking software or similar preferred
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the entire spa at all times
