We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Dental Assistant to join our supportive, patient-focused team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional care while thriving in a positive, team focused environment that prioritizes patients, a work-life balance and professional development.Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists chairside during procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth operations
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, set up treatment rooms, and maintain strict infection control standards
- Take dental X-rays (if certified)
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Perform basic lab tasks, manage supplies, and support front-office duties as needed
- Contribute to a welcoming patient experience with your positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Actively Asking patients to leave 5 star review and maintaining a good patient experience
- What We're Looking For:
- Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (preferred; experience considered)
- Proactive, high-energy team player with a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced yet supportive setting
- X-ray certification
