We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and sales-driven Texas Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing medical spa team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an established aesthetic professional who enjoys building client relationships, delivering exceptional results, and maximizing their income through a generous commission structure.
This is a 100% commission position with unlimited earning potential. Top performers can earn a six-figure income while working in a fast-paced, luxury medical spa environment.
Qualifications
- Current Texas Aesthetician License (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa setting
- Experience performing aesthetic treatments and assisting with cosmetic procedures
- Strong consultation and patient education skills
- Exceptional sales and closing abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele
- Professional appearance and outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred:
- Neurotoxin injections (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Daxxify®, Jeuveau®)
- Lip filler
- Facial balancing
- Jawline contouring
- Temple filler
- Medical-grade facial
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Hydrafacial
- Dermaplaning
- RF Microneedling
- Morpheus8
- Laser treatments
- Body contouring technologies
- Skin care consultations and treatment planning
- Medical-grade skincare product sales
Injector experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments safely and professionally
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly production and sales goals
- Promote treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
- Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience

Compensation
