Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they enter the club.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting members and guests with various requests.
- Manage the front desk area, including taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Stay up-to-date with the club’s services, facilities, and promotions to provide accurate information to members and guests.
- Operate the cafe area, preparing and serving a variety of healthy snacks and beverages to members and guests.
- Take orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the cafe and front desk area.
- Monitor inventory levels and let management know when orders for supplies are needed, ensuring that stock is maintained and at appropriate levels.
- Collaborate with the club management team to develop and implement creative initiatives to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness club, spa, or hospitality setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain rapport with members, guests, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and fitness principles is desired but not mandatory.
- Basic food handling and preparation knowledge is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer applications for administrative tasks.
- Basic knowledge of POS software for cafe transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- CPR/AED Certified
