Commercial Property Management Company looking for experienced project manager for multiple buildings. This position will work hand-in-hand with Director of Real Estate & Sr. Property Manager for coordination of all projects.
Job Description:
- Obtain bids for various projects, meet & coordinate with Vendors/Contractors
- Work with Contractor throughout project ensuring full completion & satisfaction of job
- Expedite field projects
- Proactive Property checks/inspections
- Field project management/implementation
- Building/vacancy inspections
- Tenant relations/damage control
- Inspector relations (Fire & Building)
- Communicate with Maintenance Techs on various field issues
- Additional duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Familiarity with general Commercial Real Estate Property Management
- Knowledge of Commercial Property projects/repairs, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, asphalt/concrete, roofs, etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Anticipate Property needs
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
