We are a growing medical device service organization based in Charlotte, NC, expanding our team due to continued demand driven by high-quality service and repair excellence. Our technicians work in a brand-new, 8,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art repair lab, designed to support efficiency, precision, and collaboration.
We are seeking Endoscopy Repair Technicians at all experience levels (1–15 years) who are motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
Position Summary
The Endoscopy Repair Technician is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of flexible endoscopes and related equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring devices meet performance, safety, and quality standards before returning to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain flexible endoscopes and related equipment
- Perform disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of components
- Identify root causes of device failures and implement effective repairs
- Conduct leak testing, functional testing, and quality inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and parts used
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- 1–15 years of experience in endoscopy repair, biomedical equipment repair, or related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience working with small components, tools, and precision equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- Familiarity with flexible endoscopes (preferred but not required for entry-level candidates)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card
