Location: Pointe Orlando Garage
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday from 5pm - 3am
Pay rate: $15.00/hr

The Role
As a Parking Associate, you are the face of Metropolis. Your goal is to ensure a seamless, high-end experience for every guest while maintaining a safe, organized, and clean facility.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Oversight: Direct traffic at entrances/exits, manage space availability, and patrol parking levels to ensure the lot is secure and organized.
Compliance & Safety: Issue violation warnings when necessary and report any accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to management immediately.
Operational Support: Assist with basic maintenance of parking equipment, keep the lot clean (debris/spills), and substitute for valets if authorized.
Customer Excellence: Proactively assist guests with directions, explain rates/procedures clearly, and resolve concerns with a professional attitude.
Expert Knowledge: Familiarity with local streets, landmarks, and freeways to provide top-tier guidance to guests.
Professionalism: A commitment to being on time and maintaining a pristine uniform throughout every shift.
Problem Solvers: Ability to find creative solutions and work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Qualification Requirements.
Education/Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Hospitality is a MUST.
License Requirement: The individual will only be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license, with a current address and acceptable driving record, if the individual is expected to be able to drive a company vehicle or drive on company business.
Availability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company.
Appearance: Employees will be required to maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times.
