Join our dynamic fitness team as a Group Fitness Instructor and inspire members to achieve their health and wellness goals through energetic, engaging classes. As a vital part of our gym community, you will lead a Tuesday 5:45pm High Intensity Interval Training class for our gym members.

Duties

• Lead our Tuesday 5:45 PM HIIT class with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Design effective workout programs tailored to different skill levels, ensuring safety and optimal results based on physiology and body mechanics principles
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, emphasizing correct form and movement to prevent injuries
• Motivate participants through energetic coaching, positive reinforcement, and clear instructions to maximize engagement and performance
• Monitor class participants’ progress and provide modifications or adjustments as needed to accommodate individual needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to gym safety standards and equipment protocols
• Promote upcoming classes, personal training services, and fitness programs to enhance member participation and retention

Qualifications

• Proven experience in group fitness instruction
• Strong knowledge of body mechanics to ensure safe exercise execution
• Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of people in a lively setting
• Ability to communicate clearly and energize participants through active instruction and positive interaction
• Passion for health and wellness with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning in fitness trends and techniques

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
