What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Production Technician position at Sozo Companies Inc?
− Work as a team to prepare plants for the curing process including removing fan leaves, moving/hanging of plants, and cleaning the work area
− Complete all other Post Production tasks including bucking, trimming, packaging, and cleaning
− Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment
− Take direction from the Director of Post Production and help with any assigned tasks
− Perform daily maintenance tasks, and ensure the trim room is left clean and ready for the following day
− Aid the garden staff when needed with cleaning, pruning, harvesting, etc.
− Maintain open communication with management team and co-workers
− Work in a quick and efficient manner
− Ensure daily compliance with policies including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code and work schedules
