This role focuses on high-quality surface preparation and finish work, supporting the crew to complete each project efficiently and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and priming as needed.
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Follow direction from the Lead Painter or Project Manager to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and coverings.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and working order.
• Load, unload, and organize supplies and materials daily.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients when necessary.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use company equipment responsibly.
Qualifications & Skills
• 1–3 years of professional painting experience preferred (residential or commercial).
• Basic knowledge of surface preparation, paint application, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in producing clean, professional results.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive hourly wage (based on experience starting at $18 ).
