Role:
As a Solutions Consultant you will help add to our strong service culture by:
- Supporting the operations of our client base of independent Financial Advisors.
- Processing service tickets submitted to the FLEX Connect Service Center along with other Solutions Consultants, as part of the Advisor Solutions team.
- Acting as a liaison between our Advisors and our custodian partners and helping them to navigate internal departments such as Data and Tech, Sales, and Trading.
- Handling incoming advisor phone calls to provide operational expertise, share industry and organizational best practices, troubleshoot complex situations, and resolve service issues and escalations.
- Educating advisors on processes, services, and procedures of the custodian platforms
- Working together with our advisors to solve problems and create a positive client experience.
- Communicating and listening to create lasting business relationships.
- Provide administrative and operational support for advisors and their staff including account opening and closing, receipt and delivery of securities, cashiering and communication regarding account setups.
- Maintaining and growing a strong partner relationship with our advisors.
Qualifications:
- An eagerness to learn and stay current on RIA industry rules and procedures.
- 1 years of experience in financial services, Fidelity and/or Schwab experience a plus.
- Quickly learn and become proficient in a variety of online enterprise applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to nurture relationships and creatively provide solutions.
- If remote, the ability to travel to Little Rock home office each quarter or as requested.
