Compensation:$22.50 - $24.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Manage calendars and conference room scheduling.
Receive, process, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Assist with client intake and document preparation.
Scan, file, and organize electronic and paper documents.
Provide administrative support to attorneys and the legal team as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent.
