SowandSell is a women's transformation and sales training academy.
We help women build confidence, financial freedom, how to build a carrer based off faith and purpose-driven leadership through high-trust selling and identity development.
We are hiring a Brand & Operations Manager who is:
Organized
Confident in communication
Proactive and takes initiative
Strong at managing schedules, systems, and engagement
Comfortable supporting and executing direction from leadership
This is not a business partnership or co-founder role — this is a leadership support role that makes the vision run with excellence.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kenmore, WA 98028
