Role Description
This full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role can be based in Kitchener, ON, Edmonton, AB, or Mooresville, NC.
Inside Sales Representatives will handle inbound and outbound sales activities, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Our inside Sales Representatives play an important role in delivering on our customer promise.
Responsibilities:
- Determine customer requirements, quote and/or order product based on their requirement(s).
- Check stock based on customer inquiries and quote alternative product if desired product is out of stock.
- Enter customer orders.
- Source product for quotes and orders.
- Support Outside Sales Representatives.
- Take on and resolve customer concerns in an efficient and effective manner.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in Inside Sales or Customer Service
(metalworking tool and accessory knowledge required)
